“Our townhouse, in Northern liberties, is a “stand-alone” and not part of a development. Possibly one of the largest ones build by David. When we bought it, it was already finished. Despite this, David was willing to accommodate us in undertaking some needed changes and improvements. A year and a half later he not only helps us with the contractors in fixing items in need of change or repair, but he follows up to find out whether the problem is fixed.
